Ways to reach us

Choose the channel that suits you. Replies come from the treatment navigator, who helps with the patient route and documents.

Reply times

We reply on working days, within 24 hours. The navigator works Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time.

You can write at any time. Messages sent at weekends or on public holidays are read on the next working day.

If you are in another time zone, mention it in your message. We will find a convenient time for a call.

What we can help with

• The path from diagnosis to surgery and what to do at each stage.
• Questions to ask your surgeon before a consultation.
• A VMP quota for high-tech care and the documents it needs.
• Choosing a clinic and the terms to check in advance.
• Travelling to Russia for treatment from another country.
• Errors or unclear points in our materials.

Medical questions

The navigator is not a doctor: diagnosis and treatment stay with your own doctor. We do not assess scans or advise on an operation or implant. We can help you phrase a medical question so that your surgeon can answer it clearly.

Do not write to us if you have a fever after surgery, or the wound is red or leaking. The same applies to severe pain, sudden breathlessness or chest pain. Call an ambulance or contact your doctor straight away.

Medical documents

Please do not send scans, discharge summaries or test results by messenger or e-mail. These channels do not protect health data.

If documents are needed, the navigator will suggest a secure way to share them. We process only what we need to answer you. Data is processed in Russia, and there is no EU adequacy decision for Russia. More in our privacy policy.

Requesting a service

The request form is on the navigator services page. It asks for your name, how to contact you and what your question is about. It does not ask for medical data.
